Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Project Fee: There is a one-hour, $150 fee for any and all projects and purchases. This is to cover the resources and time invested in initiating the project. Any and all refunds will incur a $150 deduction, with no exceptions.

Project Review: After the project has been sent over for your review, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund. At this stage, substantial time, effort, and resources have been invested in designing and developing your project according to the specifications provided.

Revisions and Modifications: We offer a set number of rounds of revisions, as specified on our pricing tables, to ensure that the final output aligns with your expectations. We encourage you to utilize these revision rounds to communicate any necessary changes or adjustments.

Non-Responsive Clients: If a client becomes non-responsive for a duration of 30 days or more after the initiation of the project, the project will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be provided for abandoned projects.

Site Access: The client bears sole responsibility for establishing and maintaining access to the IDX platform. Failure to provide valid account credentials, including username and password, or to grant administrative access to a new account, will preclude any refund eligibility.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Use the form at the bottom of this page and give us your project details and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Review: Our team will review your request, considering the work completed, communications exchanged, and adherence to our Refund Policy.

Response: We will respond to your refund request within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Limitations and Exclusions

This Refund Policy is applicable only to web design services provided by Smart Agent Tech, RGSiteBuilder, and Real Estate Site Designers.

Refunds are only processed back to the original method of payment.

Any third-party services or products purchased as part of the project are non-refundable.

Site Transfers

If you terminate your IDX platform (Real Geeks, CINC, Sierra, or Lofty) subscription, your design does not go with you.

If you terminate the IDX platform (Real Geeks, CINC, Sierra, or Lofty) subscription, you lose all the pages and data on those pages.

We build the sites using the IDX platform. You can copy and paste any content you have added to the site to another platform, but you must do so before you terminate the IDX platform (Real Geeks, CINC, Sierra, or Lofty) subscription.
